It’s a time when we want to be at our peak, both physically and mentally, but as we approach the menopause the impact of hormonal changes can make this feel far from achievable. When the lifestyle and diet fixes we relied on in our twenties and thirties no longer seem to work, it’s not surprising that we can be left feeling frustrated and confused.

I provide one-to-one online video consultations to understand your challenges, review your diet and discuss how and where changes can be made.

Bespoke Packages
If you would like additional support and accountability over a longer time period to assist with embedding new habits and routines and learning practical skills, packages can be created to meet your requirements. These are often packages of 6 or 12 weeks. Please ask if you would prefer an entirely bespoke plan.
